This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the official website of Lifewows. We fulfill orders from local warehouses and provide shipping service to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, and all European Union member countries.

By placing an order with us, you fully agree to all shipping terms stated below. This document covers order processing, delivery timelines, shipping fees, special transport rules for large outdoor goods, lost/damaged parcels and delivery exceptions.

Fulfillment Warehouse & Estimated Delivery Times

Note: All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier congestion, customs clearance or unexpected logistics issues beyond our control.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and packed after payment confirmation within the following working time frame:

• Standard daily orders: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
• Bulk large orders & clearance sale items: 3–5 business days for warehouse sorting and packaging
• Orders submitted on weekends or US public holidays will start processing on the next business day

Important Tip: Oversized outdoor products such as tents, inflatable pools and portable power stations require reinforced packaging and may take extra time for preparation.

3. Shipping Fee Rules

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country, total weight and package volume of your order:

• We launch limited-time free shipping promotions for new users and large bundle orders; check our homepage for the latest offers
• Oversized, heavy outdoor goods will generate extra volumetric shipping charges, fully displayed before payment confirmation
• Remote rural areas in US, Canada and EU may incur additional remote delivery surcharges

4. Special Shipping Rules For Outdoor Products

Due to product characteristics, we implement separate packaging and transportation standards:

All outdoor gear is packed with shockproof bubble wrap and thick hard cartons to prevent scratches, cracks or deformation during transit. Inflatable products are carefully packaged to avoid punctures. Portable power units are shipped following safe transportation standards for electronic goods.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For all orders shipped to Canada, UK and EU countries:

• Import taxes, customs duties and clearance administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Customers may need to complete customs declaration procedures as required by local border authorities
• Lifewows cannot predict, cover or reimburse any customs-related charges for cross-border shipments

6. Lost, Stolen or Severely Damaged Packages

If your parcel is marked lost, missing or arrives severely damaged, please email our support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation:

• Provide your order number, tracking number and clear photos of outer shipping box & damaged goods
• We will launch a logistics investigation with shipping carriers within 3 working days
• Verified lost/damaged parcels qualify for free reshipment or full refund per your preference

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted for compensation.

7. Address Modification & Undeliverable Parcels

• Address changes can only be requested before the order is dispatched from warehouse
• Incorrect, incomplete or invalid addresses leading to failed delivery will result in return shipping cost borne entirely by customer
• Parcels returned to us due to customer refusal to receive will not be eligible for free resending

8. Order Tracking Instructions

Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track real-time logistics status via the tracking link inside the email. If you do not receive the shipping email, check your spam mailbox or contact our customer service to resend tracking information.

9. Policy Revision Statement

Lifewows reserves the right to adjust shipping fees, delivery time standards and promotion rules without prior notice. Updated shipping terms will take effect immediately after being published on this page. Customers are suggested to review this policy before placing new orders.
