Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lifewows. We sell outdoor supplies including tents, inflatable pools, portable power stations and more. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all return requests.
• Damages caused by improper use, accidental damage, self-modification or normal wear and tear are not eligible for free return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance / final sale items marked on product page
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

3. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of your return reason. We will reply within 2–3 business days and provide you with authorized return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, product defect), we will cover return shipping fees.
• If you return the item due to change of mind, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider processing time.

6. Damages & Shipping Issues

If you receive a damaged, broken or missing package, please contact us immediately with photos of the outer box and damaged products within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or partial refund accordingly.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return your current item for a refund, then place a new order for the product you want. You can also email us to check exchange availability.
